Haines Phillips is pragmatic in its approach to design and handles each individual project in accordance with its particular and personal set of requirements and imperatives. This is supported by a close collaboration with the client and building trades during the earliest design stages, and throughout the process.
We have worked on many projects with Haines Phillips over the years, most recently on a substantial Kensington home. We have always been inspired by their creative thinking allied to a careful consideration of the brief and context, with a healthy respect for cost.

Artichoke design and make exquisitely detailed kitchens, fitted furniture and interior architecture. The quality of their materials and craftsmanship is second to none, and their passion for their bespoke work informs every commission. The driving force behind their motivation is their belief that they can truly make their clients homes better places to live in. Furniture that is not only beautiful, perfectly functional for its purpose, but also a pleasure to live with.
From a single room, perhaps a library or a wine cellar, to a whole house, Artichoke can provide a complete fit out supported by full project management. Their success is in part due to the size of the company, which is large enough to employ the full range of the necessary disciplines yet small enough to stay connected at every stage. It’s also a very personal business, where clients interact with a number of their key personnel, and frequently visit their workshops in glorious Somerset!
At Broseley, we frequently recommend Artichoke, and a lot of our most successful projects have included their work. They are also a very reliable company and very nice people to collaborate with!
