The Chelsea Flower Show
May 21st – 25th 2019
The first Chelsea Flower Show, in 1862, was originally called the Royal Horticultural Society’s Great Spring Show, and in 1913 it moved to its current turf in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea. It covers over 11 acres and welcomes around 157,000 visitors.

From all over the world, people come to see magnificent mini gardens, plants, trees and flowers, which also come from all over the world! A key date in the social calendar, each year provides stunning new settings and exciting innovations, including everything else you could conceivably put in a garden.
Equally exciting in our view are the shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood who create sensational window displays, and here we show just a few of our favourites.
