It’s National Sleep Day on 19th March, so in that spirit, we’ve rounded up some of our favourite bedrooms which we have worked on over the last couple of years.
The first bedroom is from our Maxwell Road property. A stunning family home in the heart of London, this ‘Gothic Revival’ property is enclosed within high walls and with it’s beautiful garden, gives a sense of being in the country. Featuring quartrefoils, tracery and turrets, lost period details have been recreated and the once dark interiors now bask in new-found light and colour.

The second bedroom is from our Barnes Village property. This large family house was refurbished late last year. Broseley took over the project at the mid-way stage and we worked closely with our clients throughout the process. Their brief was to create the sense of a country home in the South of France, but in London.

The third bedroom is from our Holland Park Road property. This unique project involved merging two neighbouring properties to create one spectacular family home. The first floor was transformed into a stunning master suite, complete with a walk-through dressing room. Our collaboration with the family throughout the project is particularly noticeable in the children’s bedrooms, which were designed by the boys themselves.

The last bedroom is from our Palace Street property. This glorious large house was created by Interior Designer and owner, Jane Gowers. Jane had originally intended to decorate in a very modern way but once the house had been stripped back she had a change of heart, so we restored the house to its former period glory. A key brief was also to create a background for their extensive collections of Asian paintings and sculpture and to incorporate their eclectic mix of different furniture and styles.
