These two recently completed projects have a very similar feel but are worlds away in period and location.

Thurloe
The first is based in the heart of Knightsbridge in a stunning nineteenth century terraced square. Both have been totally gutted and refurbished, with large basement extensions and incredible glass design features.

Parkgate
This recently completed project underwent a total strip out to the bones, transforming a run down 20th century mews house into a stylish modern residence. Architects Groves Natcheva, designed a simple box volume made out of blue bricks, with large open spaces to flood the house with natural light. An extra floor was created by digging down, resulting in a 90 sq m property. Feature staircase, and a clever courtyard on the lower level add extra wow factor.
